There is a difference between a house and a home. A home is an environment of peace and friendliness. It takes having a home to build a true family. The reason why a dog barks all-day while in a cage is that the cage is a house built for it. But as soon as the dog leaves the cage and enters a home, it becomes calm and happy. A happy home is a true home. When there is no happiness in a home it becomes a house.

To build a happy home there are things one needs to put in place. These are the keys to a happy home having made the right woman your choice.

As newly wedded or already existing couple who longs to have a happy home, it is not a time to be living in secrecy and lies. If you both have been lying to each other before the marriage, it is high time to let all that go by opening up to the truth. You can start by apologizing, even though it is better done before the wedding. But now that the wedding is over, one can not continue to stay in those lies, because with time the truth will surface. Who then knows what will happen next.

You need to know the likes and dislikes of your spouse. It’s another way of being open to each other. Know the favorite food, color, drink, wears, TV programs, books, outdoor events, sports, and lots more. Also, take time to find out the dislikes of your spouse. You can do a questionnaire allowing your spouse to fill them up, while you do yours too and file them for the reminder purposes.

When your spouse know that you don’t execute anything without seeking for his or her opinion, that makes your spouse happy, and feel at home too. This does not in any way show any form of weakness from both sides of the spouse. But reveals their level of unity and cooperation.

This will further help them to build a stronger plan for the future of their family where no third party or outsider will come to put asunder. They will be happy and their children will be happy as well.

There are times in everyone’s life when they deserve to be celebrated. It’s usually a time when they need those gifts and encouragement from those who care about them. The gift can be small or big, but will never seize to show how much we care about someone. Birthdays, graduations, promotions, Christmas, etc, are season and periods when spouses can once again tell how much they appreciate their partnership and love for each other.
