Naturally, the human body is meant to be strong and resistant to disease. This is one of the reasons why we have antibodies, muscles, stored fats, and several hormones secreted from various glands in the body. This natural and efficient state of the body starts to deteriorate immediately substances inhibiting the well-being of the body system. Strong indications have shown the source of tiredness or fatigue relating to poor diet and health-related issues, to be of a higher percentage than any other source. This means people get tired more often because of their diets and health conditions. There are also other reasons why people get tired often and keep wondering what the problem is. This article has some eye-opening facts we need to help to tackle body weaknesses.
1. Food
Food is one vital source of energy known to man. This energetic function is usually experienced when the right food is taken. Eating natural foods (non-processed) is the best way to eat well. This is because natural foods like whole grains, cereal, legumes, etc, digest easily in the body and contains the essential nutrients the body needs. Processed foods ( also known as junk) like those made of white flour ( pasta, noodles, pastries, which include fish and meat pies, burgers, burns, and doughnuts) are energy destructive to the body. They are known to increase blood sugar and greatly reduce insulin levels, resulting in weakness of the body. Also excessive intake of fatty foods ( slows digestion ), like red meats, whole cream milk, pizza causes the body store energy to be used up in an attempt to break down its excess fat release in the body. Also eating less or excess quantity of food at a spot can also bring about tiredness.
2. Health status
This is also one of the reasons why people lose appetite for food as soon as they get ill. Their inability to eat well usually tends to result in body weakness. Because the body immediately changes its source of energy from the incoming foods ( that is no more available at that time ) to the stored body fats which are supposed to be used when at work or feeling cold. Health issues such as diabetes, anemia, depression, kidney disease, infections, heart diseases, alcohol addiction, and other underlying illnesses can be energy depleting.
3. Environment
People get fatigued when they find themselves in an environment where movement is restricted because of its nature. An environment where people tend to face attacks from street urchins or wild animals often, and they resort to stay indoors always except for necessities. Having an outdoor exercise becomes an impossible situation in such places making them feel sick and fatigue. Also, poor air quality around the workplaces and residential areas makes people sick and weak as well.

4. Workload
Learning to get a balance while working is one good thing anyone can do for himself. The body needs some rest. Over laboring the body can plunge it into breaking down. This is why offices have breaks at work so that people don’t get tired easily.
5. Drugs
Self-medication can be detrimental too. Taking drugs not prescribed by a medical specialist might be the reason you feel weak often. Most drugs prescribed by doctors are made to be taken at the scheduled time because they slow down body activities, thus, inducing sleep, making the doctor ask the patient to take it at night. If the patient does otherwise, he might end up sleeping while driving or working in the office. Most allergy medications are known to induce sleep and are good to be taken at night.
