There are a lot of things that can make a relationship cozy and enjoyable, and quality sex (stemming from one’s good performance in bed) is one. There have been a lot of stories about relationships and even marriages that got ended due to poor sexual performance resulting in either of the partners involved not been satisfied with the other partner’s performance at every moment. This has resulted in partners who do not want to take divorce as an option for a solution, to adopt for another sex partner outside the relationship as a way of getting solace to the challenge. This is not supposed to be so. Naturally, every human being is created to be able to produce offspring, but somehow along the line, something went wrong, making some people now be in the category of those who are sexually weak in bed. The reason for this post is to reveal some simple things that those who are sexually weak can do to be active, and things that those who are sexually active can do to remain active.
1. DIET
Natural food is very good for a healthy reproductive system than supplements. Studies have shown that the three major food nutrients that can boost sexual performance are zinc, vitamin B6 and B9.
(a). Zinc is a very powerful food nutrient that can help in the boosting of sperm quality. A diet rich in zinc can help prevent someone from low sperm count. Experience has shown that the quality of sperm is what determines the time a man stays before ejaculation. And the time of ejaculation is directly proportional to the rate of the sexual performance of a man. This is the same in women, even though they get to orgasm many times before the end. Food that is rich in zinc includes whole grains, milk, red meat, chicken, cashew nuts, peanuts, egg, and dark chocolate.
(b). Vitamin B6 is another vital nutrient that can help stabilize the sexual hormones responsible for sex. It also improves genital erection and increased libido. Vitamin B6 foods are pork, chicken, turkey, fish, bread, whole grain, eggs, vegetables, soybeans, and watermelon.
(c). Vitamin B9 majorly stands as an energy booster. It is the fuel the body needs to keep the performance going, without getting worn out before orgasm. Avocados, mango, lettuce, broccoli, sweet corn, and oranges are foods rich in this vitamin.
2. REST
The body needs a lot of rest after the day’s activities. The most vital way to get this rest is to sleep. Health experts have advised that sufficient rest can be gotten if one gets to bed on time and be able to cover an eight-hour rest at night. The body recovers from it worn out state when given enough rest and this can be helpful in getting it ready for any romantic involvement when needed.
3. EXERCISE
Regular body exercise gives the body circulatory system a great boost. It makes blood flow around the body very easily and effectively. Good blood flow around the body plays a major role in one’s sexuality. This is because it is linked to erectile performance during sex. Having exercise every morning before going out is a good warmup. Ten push-ups or skipping, as small as it is, can go a long way than doing nothing at all.
4. MEDICATIONS
For those who have been able to identify some underlying sexual infections that can affect sperm count, and subsequently, lower one’s sexual performance, going for a medical laboratory test and treatment is highly recommended, and should not be taken for granted. This can build up to become a very terrible reproductive health challenge in the future if not taken care of now.
